All Party Parliamentary Group Vaccine Inquiry

allParty

I was eagerly awaiting the All Party Parliamentary Group hearing of the jab injury inquiry today after the previously arranged one was cancelled at short notice due to the death of the Queen.

Sadly, due to a hastily rearranged date it was decided to move venue to Portcullis House and was heavily controlled by security so some of the shine was lost already from this amazing building I'd read about and yet the expensive trees that were removed also caused some controversy due to the original installation cost.

So, a rather interesting day ensued with a lot of people present with numbers thought to be around 150 that was made up of vaccine injured and bereaved families as well as esteemed Drs and media types.

Christopher Chope MP was one of 4 who decided to turn up today which was incredibly disappointing to be honest but the fact that Liz Truss had decided to resign 30 minutes before the Inquiry was due to begin was rather coincidental I thought to take the focus away from the event. Anyway, led the proceedings with some lovely words I thought and summed up the mood in government and their battles to drive change.

"The NHS should launch specialised clinics to people who have suffered long-lasting illness after getting a Covid Vaccine, yet they have so far rejected calls to do so although setting up similar ones for those suffering "long-covid.

The health service needs to take seriously the need to help the unlucky few who've become seriously unwell after getting the vaccines. So many were victims or bereaved as a result of doing the right thing by the Government and having their vaccines.

We are not only concerned in the APPG about those who have suffered themselves or lost loved ones, we also want to do something to ensure that for those who have permanent conditions as a result of adverse reactions, we want to remove the 60 per cent disablement bar to financial help.

The Government's compensation is only given if people are 60 per cent mentally or physically disabled — which is determined by doctors and one of the purposes of this APPG is to try and get the Government to change its mind and in a sense realise the reality that sadly Covid vaccines can cause damage.

These are not the absolutely safe and effective vaccines that they were launched to be" stated Sir Christopher Chope before next inviting Dr Aseem Malhotra to give his talk "Evidence based medicine has been hijacked, arguing that people were more likely to suffer a serious reaction to a Covid vaccine than be hospitalised with the virus."

It was a roughly 45 minute piece that gave a few details that may have been missed to do with Vaccine Company corruption with his Medical Journal submitted piece that he presented prior to this at the World Council for Health meeting but stated "Pfizer's Covid vaccine should be immediately suspended until all of the raw data on the vaccine's effectiveness is made available."

Listening to the talk it felt a bit off and didn't go down very well as many felt the event was meant to be more about what was being done to help those injured and suffering loss from the vaccines and considering it wasn't "new" news although it was very well put together and polished, taking documents and data from the past year or 2 that most had previously heard on social media, i felt this wasn't the time or place for this sort of presentation.

What next could've been an open exchange of stories from those affected bearing in mind there was around 150 there but anger and emotion was evident and sadly egos were also clear too But what could've been awkward actually then brought forward some very good ideas from many people taking it in turns to either air their injury story or a point they were trying to get across after initially all fighting to be heard.

I thought people needed to bear in mind this was the first meeting of its type and to wait and see as there was no precedent for how the day would actually go but that going forward it'd be something to build from.

So all in all it was a good day I thought although many just plainly felt let down, but I met a lot of people I'd only conversed with previously on social media before and hoped that further Inquiry's would be more productive for all concerned.
