As a healthcare professional your dedication to patient care, ethical practices, and the well-being of your colleagues is paramount. If you feel you cannot speak out or raise concerns for any reason without fear of being sacked or alienated by colleagues then the system is broken. 

This survey aims to shed light on the challenges you might face when considering whether to voice concerns, and the factors that contribute to your decisions. By sharing your experiences, you provide invaluable insights into the barriers that prevent open communication along with potential areas for improvement. Your input will not only help us understand the nuances of these issues but also hopefully pave the way for positive change. This will only happen if the public are made aware of the issues.
