Banking Fraud

The goal of this survey is to collate the information from both past and current cases with the objective of identifying any additional insights, patterns and trends that would support past and present victims in challenging their cases. Lloyds Group in particular has been getting away with Asset Theft Fraud for many years. There is deliberate intent on their part to profit at the expense of certain business customers and to misappropriate their assets for the benefit of its capital ratios. Lloyds’ Business Support Units were turned into profit centres to fascilitate the fraud. Lloyds Group are particularly bad given they are part ownded by the UK government and been bailed out by the British taxpayer on a number of occassions.
